Mission: Goodwill works was established to assist goodwill industries of lane and south coast counties to provide vocational rehabilitation services, training, employment, and opportunities for personal growth as an interim step in the vocational rehabilitation process for people with disabilities who cannot work in the competitive labor market or where no such labor opportunities presently exist.
Programs: Goodwill works was established in 2003 for the purpose of assisting goodwill industries of lane and south coast counties to provide vocational rehabilitation services, training, employment, and opportunities for personal growth as an interim step in the vocational rehabilitation process for people with disabilities and the disadvantaged who cannot be readily absorbed into the competitive labor market or during such time as employment opportunities for them in the competitive labor market do not exist.
