Mission: Goodwill provides work and training programs that empower youth, adults and seniors to achieve their greatest potential. Goodwill helps people who have disabilities, disadvantages or need to enhance skills to find a better job.

These individuals receive training and education to prepare them for employment opportunities as well as assistance to find work. These training and employment programs allow individuals to work and to achieve their greatest potential and level of independence.
