Programs: Our ymca is committed to nurturing the potential of every child and teen. Webelieve all kids, and families have great potential, and deserve the opportunity todiscover who they are and what they can achieve. Our youth camping programshelp young people cultivate the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement. We also help bring families together through ymca family camps. All these programs, offer a range ofexperiences that enrich social-emotional, and promote growth in spirit, mind andbody. Expenses include subsidies, and direct financial assistance that makeparticipation possible for over 35% percent of the young people we engage. Over 5,000 individuals were served this past year at camp sequoia lake.
