Programs: Gladeos virtual career day: with the ever-changing labor market in a competitive global economy, young people need a strategy to plan and prepare for their futures, beyond merely getting a degree. Gladeo created gladeox. Org, an online career exploration and inspiration platform that shows young people inspiring career stories of diverse individuals, helps them explore the many career paths and options out in the world, and equips them with the knowledge and tools necessary to help them pursue dream careers. The platform consists of a career quiz, career profiles, career infographics and career videos. From july 1, 2016 - june 30, 2017, we served over 285,557 students and 45,117 users became subscribers to our platform. 85% of students felt more hopeful about their future, 81% of students who were introduced to a career/industry they they previously had little or no knowledge about, 83% of students felt more confident about what steps to take in high school for their career future, 91% of students had a stronger understanding of the significance of high school and college in connection to pursuing a career.

we produce 2 types of videos: 1) inspirational: 3-5 minute personal experience documentaries about inspiring, diverse individuals and their career paths. But instead of focusing only on the job, the skills needed, or even a sneak peak into a day in the life of a. . . , we create short films which reveal the personality, talents, struggles, and background of the subject, to draw the viewer into the journey that the subject has lived through to get to achieve their career goals. 2) gladeo in a flash: quick 90 second, lightning round q/a style video that gives a brief overview about a career. Our videos live on our online platform and also are licensed by college and career readiness online websites like californiacollege. Edu.

our signature workshop, dream confidently discusses why it is important to learn about different careers and industries from an early age. The 2nd part explores who they are through investigation of personality strengths, passions and priorities. Lastly, we explore how to discover the different careers and industries out there both efficiently and effectively by introducing them to our online platform. From july 1, 2016 - june 30, 2017, we conducted this workshop for 427 high school students. We also train school counselors and non-profit program managers to conduct this workshop for their students themselves.
