Mission: The mission of the get focused stay focused! Resource center (gfsf rc) is to support the development, implementation and evaluation of the gfsf program which empowers students to achieve self-sufficient and productive lives through a comprehensive planning process that builds intrinsic motivation, knowledge and skills leading to high school graduation, college readiness and completion and successful entry into the workforce centered on students' development and use of a skills-based, online 10-year plan. The organization supports schools and colleges using the gfsf curriculum by offering professional development to teachers, counselors and administrators. It supports an ongoing program evaluation with 20 ca high schools and provides gfsf program information to educators, parents and communities.
Programs: Strengthen organizational capacity through: development of a 3-5 year strategic plan and business plan, hiring of a new director of development with a proven fundraising track record, coninuation of multilayer evaluation project to demonstrate gfsf's impact on student success.
