Mission: Our mission is to promote the exchange of information; to represent the community service boards on legislative and administration matters; and to advocate for the highest quality of life for consumers of mental health; development disabilities, and addictive diseases services.
Programs: The annual meeting, spring flings and other events help to give a common perspective to professionals and advocates providing for the care of mental health and substance abuse customers.
