Programs: Providing comprehensive primary medical services to all without regard to their ability to pay, without discrimination on the basis of gender, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, creed, sexual orientation, handicap, or any other characteristic. Primary care services are oriented toward prevention, early detection, treatment, and in many cases, management of chronic illnesses. Services are provided for the full lifespan, from birth to death.
