Mission: WOVA's mission is to provide a network that supports and connects emerging and established women leaders who believe vision combined with spirit-based action are the ingredients for creating positive change in the world and who are actively demonstrating that belief by embracing the vision, taking the action and being the change they wish to see in the world.
Programs: WOVA has developed a comprehensive website and has implemented a sophisticated database driven Online Membership Directory where members can network and exchange resources with one another. WOVA also sponsors annual Feminine Face of Leadership Conferences where participants work together to co-create ideas for positive change that will be implemented by another WOVA sponsored project called the Global Action Forums. WOVA also sponsors Leadership Institute Programs throughout the year to help women develop their unique gifts and talents and to explore a deeper vision of their role as leaders.
