Mission: It all started in 1998 with a vision: to enhance the health and well being of individuals by offering accessible garden centers where people with mental, emotional or physical challenges can engage in activities that are meaningful and purposeful for them. There is a growing knowledge in the health care industry of the benefits of engaging in meaningful activity. These opportunities are particularly lacking for those who have mental or physical limitations. GARDENpartners believes in this powerful connection between the mind and body that is enhanced by purposeful activity.
