Mission: Gender assumptions and expectations permeate our lives. All human beings are limited by the expectations of the gender society assigns them. FTM Alliance works to end the oppression of those who visibly challenge the expectations and limitations of assigned gender. By raising the collective health and well-being of those who experience gender based oppression most strongly, we believe we can ultimately create a society free of this oppression. We recognize the interconnection of our struggle with other movements and struggles and actively seek out opportunities to collaborate across issues and communities.
