Mission: Frontrange earth force's primary mission is to design, implement, maintain and evaluate earth force programs, including the community action and problem solving (caps) program, green city, earth force after school and other programs that use the earth force problem-solving framework. The core of these programs is the earth force framework, which guides youth throught the identification and analysis of one or more local environmental problems, the examination of the impact of current policy and practice and planning and implementing a project to change the local policy and/or practices.
Programs: Community action and problem solving (caps) is a program offered by our community-based offices that gives educators training materials and one-on-one support in the earth force problem solving process.
