Mission: Friends of Timboni Feeder School will bring water to a small K-5 school that has no on-site source of water. Children have had to leave school for the 5 km. roundtrip to get water. With access to clean water on school property, children will no longer go thirsty and have to leave school to fetch water. Friends of Timboni Feeder School will also raise funds for additional improvements to the school, which may include hygenic toilets, school furniture, school uniforms, and other basic supplies. Friends of the Timboni Feeder School hopes that with these improvements, more children will be able to stay in school and advance to middle school. We also hope that if we raise up the school, we will raise up the community.
Programs: Friends of Timboni Feeder School's primary operation is fundraising. All funds go to the constuction and maintainance of a well and pumping station and other improvements to the school.
