Mission: To strengthen, support and advocate for the ramsey county library system in order to enrich the lives of our library users, to promote literacy, education and to foster community.
Programs: White bear lake library capital campaign - funds were raised to upgrade and enhance the ramsey county library in white bear lake. Including fireplace, sliding glass room divider, preschool children's interactive installation, lighted display cabinets, and art for the renovation.
