Mission: The mission of the Wells Branch Community Library is to provide access to reference and reading materials and programs in the form of print or other media to people within the Wells Branch Community and neighboring areas.From the inception of the library district in 1998, we have provided services to the public without fees or residency requirements. The Board is dedicated to creating a true sense of community ownership through effective outreach and the development of programs and services that address the diverse needs of the community it serves.
