PACT is absolutely wonderful. It is a community center for the improvement of quality of life in Green River, Utah. They have a food Locker for families in need. They have youth gatherings which teaches kindness and compassion by helping those in need. They have community events on Saturday nights which is so much fun to watch. Thank you for all your hard work.

Mission: The friends of the green river postitive action community team, inc. (pact) actively works to provide much needed social services for every resident within the small rural community of green river, utah. Through senior outreach, youth recreation and prevention programs, promotion of healthy lifestyles, adults and family education programs, early childhood education, economic growth instigation, affordable housing assistance, volunteer coordination, and access to community resources, pact strvies to reach the potential in all of us.
Programs: Cottonwoods on the green is an 8 unit apartment complex which is rented to low income individuals and families
a thrift store is operated to allow residents to puchase slightly used goods at an affordable price.
activities and programs are offered at the community center for the youth these activities give the youth opportunities to associate together in a safe, drug-free and productive environmnet. Physical and mental health are promoted and increased, and leadership training and experiences are provided for the participants.
