Causes: Art Museums, Arts & Culture
Mission: The purpose of the fredericksburg art guild is to educate, encourage, promote and cultivate the creation of fine arts throughout the texas hill country
Programs: First friday art walk, the guild provides a themed reception each month designed to support youth education, honor students and new members, stimulate artists and expand artistic works.
mason 4th grade art show, guild provided art instruction to 4th grade class in mason, tx, the students works were exhibited at the guild for a month; a jury of students judged the art and selected various awards. The guild advertised the exhibit to the general public and hosted a reception.
community canvas; guild members volunteered time and talent to create a large painting that was then exhibited and offered for sale to raise funding for guild education projects.
