Mission: To enhance the professionalism of human resource management in the fox valley area; to establish friendly communication between various employers; to prepare human resource professionals for their role as leaders and decision makers within their organization.
Programs: Maintain organization website to inform members and public about future events and offer webcasts.
provide regularly scheduled program meetings consisting of human resource related topics and speakers.
provide seminar to discuss the family and medical leave act (fmla), recent provisions of fmla legislation, and company policies pertaining to fmla.
partnership with student chapter at the uw oshkosh campus to assist in building on future human resource professionals.
provide financial assistance to society members to allow them to attend human resource conferences.
provide scholarships to students studying human resources.
