the fox river study group is funding a monitoring project conducted by the united states geological survey (usgs). For three summer seasons beginning in 2016, usgs will continuously measure do, ph, conductivity and temperature at the algonquin bike path bridge. This is a site where the group has not monitored before and the groups computer models indicate it is an area where low do levels may occur. The results will be used to recalibrate the groups computer models.
