Mission: Four Winds RC&D Area Inc. was founded by a diverse group of volunteers who were brought together in partnership to develop solutions to their communities's obstacles. The process continues today. Problems are identified; goals and objectives are established; alternative plans are developed; and strategies are implemented to strengthen Four Winds RC&D's rural 13 county area.
