FFE is a wonderful organization where every penny that you donate goes into scholarships for academically excellent but financially poor students. They have a fantastic base of volunteers, in the office and out in the field. For our family, we have chosen to help students whose profiles we have selected ourselves, which makes it very tangible for us.
