Programs: Emergency shelter - fmf housing provides the program center for the families moving forward emergency shelter program operated by an affiliated non-profit organization. By providing low cost shelter for the program, fmf housing allows the funds raised by the program to be put to use providing services designed to move guests from shelter to permanent housing.
third avenue townhomes - fmf housing developed and is managing general partner of third avenue townhomes, an affordable housing project providing 12 townhome units at affordable rent levels for larger families.
audubon crossing - fmf housing participates in the operation of audubon crossing, a 30 unit affordable housing complex providing multi-bedroom units for families.
