Causes: Community Recreational Centers, Sports
Mission: The floyd knobs community club's mission is to initiate and support projects which will promote recreation, friendship, fellowship and understanding among the residents of the community and encourage and promote youth activities.
Programs: Baseball and softball: the baseball and softball program provides a safe environment for children to interact with their peers to enhance their communication skills and learn to work as a team. During these times when childhood obesity is a large concern, the floyd knobs community club provides activities through the baseball/softball league for children to get regular exercise and promote healthy lifestyles. During the season, each child will have the opportunity to get valuable exercise while at the same time learn to work together as a team and to follow instructions from their coaches. The league also provides employment opportunities for youths in the form of umpires. The youths will enhance their leadership skills by being in a position of authority over groups of children of diffeent age and maturity levels. The youth umpires gain leadership and communication skills as a result.

The facilities serve as a meeting place for a variety of organizations such as the girl scouts, boy scouts, 4-h clubs, and martial arts programs. For the community, it serves as a voting location. It also serves as a meeting place for the administration of the programs.
