Causes: International, International Relief
Mission: Our mission is to improve the health, hygiene, education, comfort and well-being of disadvantaged zambian children and to provide skills training to zambian women with the goal of empowering individuals towards self-sufficiency. Our approach is to provide immediate relief, intermediate care and long-term change. We achieve this three-pronged approach through the following practices: - provision of basic necessities, including footwear, clothing, food, school supplies, health & hygiene supplies, mosquito nets, sporting equipment and toys. - support for organizations that educate and enrich the community through dance, drama and team sportsmanship. - aid in the provision of vocational skills training for women.
Programs: Fff is currently supporting more than 50 organizations throughout zambia, including community schools, orphanages, community-based organizations including sports-based organizations, and hospices. While the majority of the support is to organizations in lusaka, fff does support organizations in all nine provinces of zambia with the exception of northern province.
