Programs: Fellowship senior living, inc. Operates as a continuing care retirement community in basking ridge, nj and serves over 400 residents. The campus has 257 apartments,villas, cottages, and freestanding homes that comprise the independent living section of the community. 81 assisted living rooms which also have a memory care program and 54 skilled nursing beds; residents are supported by the rehabilitation and wellness center and medical center of the community. Fellowship senior living, inc. Also offers home based community service programs that are designed to deliver services to seniors inside their own homes. The home based program is designed to provide long-term care protection for individuals who wish to remain in their home. It is a membership-based program that uniquely combines the most important features of long-term care into one comprehensive plan. There is an application fee, membership fee, and monthly service fees. The member enters into an arrangement where fellowship senior living, inc. Provides its member with lifetime long term care support with assisted living and skilled nursing services in the member's home, as required, for the duration of the member's life. Fellowship senior living, inc. Helping hands is a fee-for-service program for our fellowship senior living community and the outside broader community. The program provides companionship, helps prolong independency, gives extra support for time of medical recovery or just makes one's day a little easier. A professional care coordinator (registered nurse) evaluates the needs of the client and designs a personalized care plan for the client and assigns a caregiver. The caregivers in the program are certified nursing assistants or certified home health aides who are licensed in the state of new jersey.
