We are sustained by an unwavering trust in god's providence. Farren care center is a member of trinity health of new england and trinity health.
Programs: Farren care center is a 122-bed skilled nursing facility, located in turners falls, massachusetts. Farren care center combines expert medical and mental health care and long-term rehabilitation services which enable residents to thrive in the least restricted environment possible. Residents participate in one of four programs: the community re-entry program to foster independence; the medical intervention program for cognitively impaired residents; the comprehensive care program for residents who require extensive assistance with daily living activities; and the therapeutic behavior program for the most behaviorally challenged residents. The treatment team provides a range of services that are tailored to each resident's needs, these include medical and skilled nursing care, psychiatric care, psychological evaluation, behavior management and structured recreational activities, among others.
