Causes: Homeless & Housing, Housing Development, Construction & Management
Mission: To provide housing pursuant to the national housing act, as well as under any federal, state and local programs relating to the construction and rehabilitation of housing in the greater cincinnati area, ohio, and further to purchase, hold, promote, develop and operate affordable rental housing for families with children and other low income households.
Programs: Two residential developments consisting of single-family homes and townhomes totaling 25 units, were completed and occupied by the end of 1998. Land for the fourth development was purchased in 2007 and is awaiting development.
