Mission: CSAM's mission is to lessen the burden of government by providing a substainable state-of-the-art alcohol/drug rehabilitation program for court-ordered participants and those affected by addiction in the community. To serve those affected by substance abuse at affordable costs applying CSAM's sliding fee scale;and to offer early intervention/prevention to decrease drug affected behavior.
