Programs: Case/ care management programming provides budget consultation, resource referal, basic needs utility, housing stabilization and employment support to residents of monroe county. Clients are provided services delivered by families first case managers intended to address immediate need causing insability in one or more basic areas. Direct financial assistance can be provided to households who require financial support to stabilize an imergent need.
safe and stable housing programming provides housing stabilization services to households facing immenint loss of primary night time residents. These households are classified as at risk of homelessness. Programming incorporates case management, resource/ referral, housing stability planning and habitability inspections and tennant landlord mediation. Direct financial assistance is provided to clients in areas of rental assistance (first months rent, rental arrears to remedy eviction and security deposit).
