Mission: Faith presbyterian providers, inc. (fppi) is a non-profit physicians organization for the purposes of providing hospice and physician services to residents in the dallas metroplex and training to physicians and other care givers on providing these services. We are a member of dallas-based presbyterian communities and services, a not-for-profit organization, and we pledge to enrich the lives of those we serve by providing exceptional care and services in a faith-based culture. Our programs and services are available to persons without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, or disability.
