Mission: The exeter by design foundation has been set up to provide a means whereby donationsand grants are obtained that are to be used to:1) encourage the continuance of the exeter a festival of arts outdoor art gallery 2) encourage youth and adults in the exeter area to cultivate better appreciation for and to participate in the dramatic and musical arts 3) creation of an art gallery and museum to display and sell works of local and guest artists, prints of new and existing murals, historic artifacts.
