Mission: The mission of ENF is to provide necessary support and strategies to individuals who have special needs and allowing special needs children to have the quality of life they deserve. ENF also supplies information, training and counseling to parents and guardians. The organization provides a positive learning environment as well as training that is objective and comprehensive to this under-served population that has often been left on the margin by our public and private school systems.
