Programs: Owned and operated fifteen stores which provide employment and on-the-job training to people with disabilities and/or disadvantages, and others having a hard time finding employment. The organization accepts clothing and other household goods from the public and sells these donated goods in these community-based retail stores. Revenue from the sale of these goods goes directly toward supporting and growing critical community-based programs and job placement services
provide education and career services, as well as job placement opportunities and post-employment support to individuals with disabilities and other challenges to employment so that they can find and keep good jobs. Individuals can acheive greater levels of self-sufficiency and economic success through the organization's family strengthening, financial strengthening, and workforce development services such as employment training and education, work experience, employment retention services, financial literacy training, and transitional housing. The organization's programs strengthen communities and families and promote independence.
