In skilled nursing care centers, the staff of the care center, the doctor and the resident/family assemble a plan of care, and depending on the resident's diagnosis, needs & abilities, the plan may include physical, occupational and/or speech therapy. Home health services include rehabilitative services from a physical, occupational or speech therapist & specialized care from a registered nurse.
