The terrace at iris park offers a 58-unit catered living facility for with apartments for active, engaged, urban senior living to individuals 62 years of age or older. Episcopal homes on university avenue operates a 60-bed long term care faciliy that strives to provide housing and a variety of programs which expand opportunities for older persons to lead independent lives.
