Programs: Items are consigned with, and donated to, encore inc. - consign for a cause in new and like-new condition, and resold to the community at an affordable price. Store proceeds will benefit cornerstone family healthcare mission to ensure affordable, quality healthcare is available to the community. Consignor will receive 40% of the merchandise sale price; encore, inc. - consign for a cause will retain 60%. Consigned items are priced by encore at 30-60% off of the original retail price. In store sales and promotions will run periodically. Day 1 through day 30, items are at full price. Day 31 through day 60 items are discounted 20%. Day 61 through day 90 items are discounted 30%. Items are consigned for a period of 90 days. Items accepted include upscale and name-brand ladies and teen boy and teen girl apparel and accessories; furniture, home goods, antiques and costume jewelry. Items should be in new or like-new condition, up-to-date, and no more than two years out of season, unless vintage. Clothing must be cleaned and spot free with no missing buttons, stains, torn seams, or broken zippers. Clothing should be brought in on hangers. Items that need to be dry-cleaned or laundered will not be accepted. The store will determine what has "sale-ability". Encore, inc. Reserves the right to markdown the merchandise at any time for promotional purposes. In order to help sell items, encore provides promotions for customer discounts. Unsold items must be picked up within one week of the expiration of the 90-day sale period or they will be considered a donation and become the property of encore, inc. Encore, inc. Pays out on a monthly basis after the 90-day consignment period, or when your account balance reaches $100 or more with a store check.
