Mission: To manage investments and to provide a subsidy for encompass early education and care, inc.
Programs: Encompass early education & care foundation's goal is to build the endowment fund to be able to make more of a meaningful impact in distributions to help families afford quality education & care at encompass and continue to raise employee wages. Because of being in a growth mode, a conscious effort is taking place to not distribute funds to encompass early education & care unless needed. Once our goal is met, an annual distribution to support encompass early education & care will occur.
