Providing a safe, drug and alcohol-free environment. Open Arms is committed to breaking the cycle of violence in our community by providing evidence-based strategies for violence prevention to our youth and adults in the community, and schools. The groups cover key topics such as but not limited to Substance Abuse, Family Therapy, Anger Prevention, Identifying Anger Triggers, Communication and Listening Skills, Stress Management, Co-Dependency, Empathy/ Emotional Intelligence, Healthy Relationships, and Impulse Control. Our goal is to reduce conflict, promote healthy relationships, and empower participants to achieve their full potential.
