So many Chicago youth see very few positive roads ahead of them. EEE is really opening doors for challenged Chicago teens to improve their own lives - and those of others.

EEE has made it possible for us to do our work better and reach more teens than would have been possible otherwise. We have confindence in their dedication to their mission of helping teens prepare themselves for the future and EEE's determination and ability to make that happen.

EEE has given me a lot of useful tools to help me progress in the future. The volunteer work that we did taught me how to be a better person and the college visits got me interested in furthering my education. I look forward to even more experiences my senior year with EEE and to expanding my involvement in the community

EEE has done an exceptional job preparing our youth for future challenges. Kashanna Eiland had dedicated herself to serving our community and ensuring that students have the tools and support they need to become successful in their adult lives. As an educator for Chicago Public Schools for seven years, I can personally see the positive effects EEE has had on many of my students and in my own community.

I've worked as a volunteer with Kashanna and Erica and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the EEE organization and the service that it provides for our communities. I'm so honored to be a part of EEE and the dedication to inspiring our youth to excel in education. I've seen firsthand the spirited work ethic, sacrifice, and passion of two incredible women in action in order to be a sponsor for youth across the Chicagoland area. This organization is well deserving of recognition, honor and funding to help facilitate its missions and goals. From the many programs, services, and outlets that the organization fosters to an incredibly dedicated staff, I proudly salute EEE!!!

I have known Kashanna Eiland for almost 20 years and find the passion she has for this cause has inspired me. The program offers so many areas of much needed information for college preparation that is not found in any high school course. The programs offered are essential not only to college success but for success in career, personal finance and all of adult life. The areas covered through the EEE program are beneficial to parents as well, easing the burden and stress of so many overwhelming facets of college prep. I truly believe this program is wonderful for any high school student and their parents.

EEE does a tremendous job preparing young people for the future. High school students that would not otherwise explore their interests and career option do so in EEE's programs. EEE encourages each student to find his/her own path and gives them a roadmap for success.

When EEE came to my high school in my junior/senior year it really interested me all that they had to offer. College visits and help with scholarships to get high school kids to college was an excellent opportunity for me because none of my parents even knew that i was going to college. For them it wasn't even a thought. But i knew that with programs like EEE i could achieve this goal of mine and go to college with the help they would provide for me. Going to small private colleges and large state colleges really helped me in making the right choice in where i wanted to go to college and seeing the environment that each college had. I would definitely tell others to attend the high school college program.

I think that this Organization is an absolute asset for the inner city. I've watched EEE from a distance, however I'm aware of the program's impact and the lives it has touched. I wish this EEE further success and my hats off to it's founders and volunteers.

I came to them and they listened and did not judge me or place my head on the chopping block. There is something to be said for empathy through wisdom.

One of the best things aboout EEE, aside from helping the youth, is getting the opportunity to be hands on in the development of key programs. The Program Directors really utilize their Board members, advisors, volunteers, and students to improve their programs and events. An incredible experience!

I've watched at a distance how EEE has grown over the years and how they have had a positive affect on the students whom they encounter.
This is a great oganization organized by great leaders. Someday, I hope to work with the organization and help impact lives on the level that EEE has done.

My organization is called the 100 Black Men of Chicago, Inc. and we host the largest college fairs for African American and Latino HS students in the Midwest. Last Fall EEE was a huge asset in prepping students prior to attending our fair. With the correct prep students can be accepted on the spot and receive scholarships. EEE has offered workshops during the fair for years, and is a partner organization to the Ausin YMCA, like the 100BMC helping underserved children in the Austin area.

This is a wonderful program for our youth in the inner city. I am mother of seven having four children in college one out and one in high school. The program that they offer help me to keep my children off the street and into some constructive learning, knowledgable and fun activity. I will do what ever it takes so more youth can experience what my children was bless with and prosper from this program is wonderful. I am forever indebted to Ms. Eiland for her hard work and dedication to our youth and our community.

I've loved watching EEE grow over the years and seeing how many children are being helped! I've been to fundraising events and seen the impact other EEE events like the clothing drive in December have had on the community. This is a great oganization, and I hope to see it continue to succeed in the future!

My children have participated in the Future Endeavors Program since it started. They had a chance to do a group community service project and received invaluable information about planning for college.
EEE also has workshops to help parents prepare for their children going off to college.
