Mission: Tacoma lutheran home & retirement community ("tlrc") exists to provide care in a christ-centered environment in an atmosphere of respect and dignity for the whole person.
Programs: Tlrc is one of the largest continuing care retirement communities in pierce county, providing health care services and a variety of residential accomodations for over 400 seniors daily. For over 70 years, tlrc has grown and changed with the changing needs of seniors in our community. We offer a full continuum of care and services including active retirement living, assisted senior living, long-term care, dementia care, respite care, short-term medical care, rehabilitation services, and end-of-life care. We have a reputation for affordable, quality care and quality senior living for all. Our faith-based community welcomes seniors of all religious denominations and beliefs. We are mindful of one's physical, emotional and spiritual health.
