Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Adult Education, Education
Mission: To provide senior living coordination, advocacy, and education to older adults, seniors, and families by offering information, referrals and guidance needed to make appropriate decisions regarding senior living, home care, benefits, and supportive services. This includes education on senior topics for community members and professionals. The guidance we provide helps seniors stay home well or transition successfully into a new senior living opportunity.
Results: January through August 2023 984 Cases managed 11,300 phone calls answered 27,937 case updated 1,400 low-income seniors served Aging Better Expo in Hoffman Estates, IL had over 1,000 people educated Make a Senior Smile - Over 10,825 handmade cards delivered to isolated seniors Stepping out to Fitness - Over 206 registrants and over 5,113 days exercised

Programs: Elderwerks Educational Services provides complimentary senior living coordination, advocacy, and education to older adults, seniors, caregivers, and their families. Our complimentary information, referrals, and guidance helps seniors stay home well or transition successfully. The advisors are knowledgeable in all levels of senior housing, care, support services, and benefits. We act as senior guidance advisors answering any aging question.
