Mission: The primary exempt purpose of el pueblo resource development center is to provide services and resources to the latino community and employers who manage, supervise or interact with hispanic workers.
Programs: The program for employer's training on hispanic issues is dedicated to providing credible and culturally sensitive services and resources to the latino community and employers who manage, supervise or interact with hispanic workers. Training classes and programs are conducted by qualified staff to educate and train participants in accordance with the goal of assimilating hispanic workers into the workplace.
the grass roots leadership development program will provide valuable training, skills and experience that promote the ability of hispanic workers to be integrated into the community. It will focus on city, county and school functions and will coordinate classes and conferences where grass root community leaders will be trained.
the goal of the youth soccer program is to provide, through coordination with community leaders, athletic soccer fields primarily for the south omaha, nebraska area, which has a significant hispanic population.
