Causes: Recreational Clubs, Sports
Mission: Provision of a printmaking studio where members can meet and pursue their interests in etching, lithography and other printmaking techniques, creating an atmosphere that encourages artistic inspiration and growth through interaction & comraderie.
Programs: Primary accomplishment is the sharing of a printmaking studio where members meet to share knowledge and equipment such as presses & plate cutters that would be prohibitive for an individual member to own. Additionally, the organization arranges with local art schools to provide outstanding students with opportunities to use the facilities. The organization also invites outstanding artists as guests for members to learn from them. The organization also hosts open studio events where members showcase and discuss their work with the public. The organization also arranges exchanges between it and other printmaking studios, and offers workshops to non-printmakers (eg. Curators & art educators) for them to observe different techniques and have the opportunity for hands-on experience. All activities of the organization are carried out by members on a volunteer basis.
