I serve as the CEO for Hope Haven Rwanda, a community development project with a top-ranked private school serving more than 753 students and their families near Kigali, Rwanda.
We installed the EduTek system two months ago and experimented with about 35 teachers using it simultaneously. We installed the antenna in a great location in the middle of the school, and found the range to be about 100 m, or 300 feet.
Our faculty was thrilled to use they system, and they were immediately drawn to exploring all of the tutorials. It was nice to see the math teachers looking at math tools, science teachers watching biology videos, people reading books, others listening to music, preschool teachers watching cartoons, etc.
Since the initial install, our faculty has continued to explore and to develop curriculum based on the EduTek resources. They are integrating many of the videos and resources into their lesson plans. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with EduTek.
