My daughter who is now 16, has been receiving therapy here since she was 6 months old. This organization is truely a life saver. The physical/occupational/speech therapists are the best in Central Illinois. The ornganization is extremely well organized and no child is ever declined help sue to a lack of ability to pay. This is one of the top three social service agencies in central Illinois !

Mission: Easterseals Central Illinois provides exceptional services to help children with developmental delays, disabilities, and other special needs reach their full potential. We believe in supporting the whole family, engaging parents in therapy sessions and providing support so that they can be 100% included and 100% empowered in their communities.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 5,000 children and families in Central Illinois
Geographic areas served: Easterseals Central Illinois provides exceptional services to ensure that children with developmental delays, disabilities, and other special needs reach their full potential.
Programs: We provide pediatric therapy including Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Feeding Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and family support services in our Peoria and Bloomington locations, as well as in-home and via telehealth. We support our community through clinics such as the Orthotics Clinic, Assistive Technology Clinic, Cerebral Palsy Clinic, Autism Diagnostic Clinic. We also provide inclusive recreation opportunities for campers of all ages, with and without a diagnosed disability or medical complexity and their families at Timber Pointe Outdoor Center. We work alongside school districts across Central Illinois in our Easterseals Learning Academy, supporting students with a high staff-to-student ratio in our fully equipped classrooms and therapy rooms.
