Programs: Blake children & family's palomita child care center scored the highest possible 5 star quality first rating. The children's achievement center scored a 4 star quality first rating. First things first launched quality first to partner with child care and preschool programs around the state to improve the quality of early learning in arizona. Quality first provides each enrolled program with coaching and funding, and the program's leadership and staff provides the dedication and hard work.

easterseals leadership was highly instrumental in securing additional funding from the state of arizona for its developmental disabilities lines of service. We secured a 1. 5% increase in funding effective january 1, 2017 and we grew that increase to another 1. 5 % increase in funding on january 1, 2018. We also secured one time funding for 2017 of 145,000 and the possibility of additional one time funding for 2018 (estimated at 300,000+). Blake employment and community living accomplished a 97% monitoring score from the division of developmental disabilities. This is the highest monitoring score from the past 5 years. Becls was reorganized in 2017, resulting in a shift of 150,000 administrative costs to direct billable service hour support in our developmental disabilities lines of service.

sage community services - supported employment and supported living provide physically disabled individuals with training, supervision, therapeutic activities and counseling services. Supportive living services provide therapeutic training in a residential setting for seriously mentally ill adults and adolescents. Room and board are also provided to these individuals.
