Mission: To be the regional voice and networking resource for strengthening the economy, building the workforce and enhancing the quality of life in the east bay.
Programs: Support general activities of the organization, focused on business attraction, retention and growth. Primary activities includes the development of east bay-specific economic analysis and research; east bay-specific regional marketing for businesses and investors; business development strategies and workforce development strategies employing cross-sector, regional leadership; implementation of employer-led engagement with education and workforce development providers; direct business services for site location, introductions and access to resources; professional development and assistance for city/town economic development staff.
