Mission: The early learning coalition works to serve children ages birth to kindergarten, and their parents, to provide excellent early care and education opportunities, recognize parents as teachers and meet special needs in order to assure that children are ready for school.
Programs: School readiness - subsidized childcare services include expenses for child care which provides a safe, nurturing, educational environment for at-risk and low-income children and assists parents in gaining financial self sufficiency. This includes non-direct services expense for activities that support direct services, such as enrollment, monitoring, and reimbursement. (4143 unduplicated children served)
