2.) Play It Forward is a service learning program that equips any group with the tools, training, and mentoring they need to create and host their own physical Instrument Drive. From businesses, schools, civic groups, places of worship, associations and clubs...Wherever there is a collection of passionate individuals who want to help give youth access to music education, there is a Play It Forward Instrument Drive ready to be launched!
3.) Backstage Class® music-based field trips expose youth to “the other side of music education,” through once in a lifetime opportunities to experience music in unique and impactful ways. The goal of Backstage Class field trips is to inspire youth to think differently about career opportunities available to them through the appreciation of music and culture.
Donor & Volunteer Advisory
This organization's nonprofit status may have been revoked or it may have merged with another
organization or ceased operations.
I have known the founder of this charity, Nate Anderson, for quite a while and have watched him with pride as he shares his love of music with others unable to be learn or even be exposed to music as the schools cut back. They have brought instruments, school programs and after school programs to these children. My family and I have helped raise funds and my children have volunteered and are now featured in the ad campaigns.
I donated a piano to Ear Candy, and have a friend who is active in their events. I'm following their newsletter and plan to donate again. I'm very impressed with their effectiveness, their many events and activities, and the professionalism of their communications and marketing.
An incredible charity that actually performs on their mission without fail or unfulfilled hype. From the founder to the board, they share one single vision that has brought so much joy and relief in these difficult times (which I have witnessed first hand). I am very critical of charity groups with all of the dishonesty these days, but Ear Candy Charity has my full support.

I have worked with many charities throughout my professional career and few come close to meeting or exceeding expectations than Ear Candy. Nate Anderson, the founder of Ear Candy, is both passionate and committed to their mission statement. In a state that currently ranks last (Arizona is 50th) for music education, Nate saw a void that needed to be filled.
Ear Candy Charity has such a fantastic goal of keeping music in our under-funded public school system programs. The founder, Nate Anderson, works tirelessly to gather musical instruments and funding to run this charity and is a truly fantastic person. I highly recommend donating your unused musical instruments, time or money to help keep the music alive.
