Mission: At dutton farm, we firmly believe that every person has the right to equal opportunities, meaningful work, and a right to make their own decisions. We are committed to advocating and assisting individuals with unique abilities to live full and satisfying lives and to reach their ultimate potential in achieving their dreams.
Programs: Last year, dutton farm was awarded the national employment of the year award from the down syndrome congress, increased revenue by 200% within our social enterprise dutton farm market allowing us to hire 3 new individuals with disabilities and add 15 new individuals in our apprenticeship program. We hired a workforce development director who will develop integrated and competitive job opportunities for our clients. We consistently provided long term job training and employment supports to over 100 people. We also made more substantial improvements to our facility and grounds through volunteer work allowing us to offer more internship positions in gardening and landscaping, animal care and clerical work.
