Programs: Comprehensive counseling services are provided for at risk youths, taken into limited custody by police, absent from home without parental consent, or beyond the control of their parents. The goal is to divert the youths from the child welfare and juvenile justice systems by preserving or reunifying families and addressing needs through community-based programs. Services include crisis intervention, emergency placement, counseling, and advocacy for runaway or at risk youth. This program also works to identify and correct service gaps.
